Career Exploration Virtual Event

Welcome to JA Inspire Virtual

JA Inspire Virtual is a virtual career exploration platform and much more; it brings together the business community and local schools and is designed to help launch middle and high school students into their FUTURE—high school, postsecondary education, and careers beyond.

VFairs, the online interactive platform used to host the JA Inspire Virtual career exploration platform, allows students to explore the 16 career clusters along with local exhibitor booths. Students are able to view webinars and presentations in the auditorium, visit an Activity Lab to explore more work and career readiness activities, and save documents and videos in their own virtual backpack to send home.

This engaging experience is a powerful way for students to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy. We hope students will feel INSPIRED to set new goals for high school and future careers after they complete this unique learning opportunity!

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I log in to JA Inspire?
Students will be pre-registered and will login using their unique username provided by their teacher.
I am a college student, parent, job seeker, exhibitor, or an individual student not in a participating school. How do I participate?
Click on the Age 18+ Registration button in the middle of the page. Fill out the form that best fits your situation and create your login.
Will I be able to save documents that are presented by the exhibitors?
Yes, you can add documents and videos of interest to your virtual Backpack from each booth. Before logging out, go to the Backpack tab in the top menu bar. Then select the items that you want to send home and select Email. You will enter your email address or your parent’s email address to send the selected items home.
The JA Inspire Virtual site will be live from November 16, 2023 to May 16, 2024. You may access the material at any point during this 6 month time period.
What should my plan be after JA Inspire?
JA Inspire has allowed you to do more research into careers you may not have considered and to learn more about careers you were already interested in. Post event you can revisit company booths and career cluster booths in the Exhibit Hall to continue exploring. You can also revisit the Auditorium to learn more from the experts, and revisit the Activity Lab to explore more Career and Work Readiness activities. All of this exploration will help you determine your future plan.
